Felofey Official Links: Website, Instagram, WhatsApp and Contact

Felofey is a small handmade gifting brand from Delhi, so there are only a handful of official places to find us. This page lists every one of them, so you can check that the account, number or page in front of you is really ours.

If something claiming to be Felofey is not on this list, it is not us.

Felofey on Instagram: @felofeyy

Our Instagram handle is @felofeyy, with two Ys at the end, and it is easy to mistype. Everywhere else, including the website, Pinterest and YouTube, the name is Felofey with one Y.

If you find an account called felofey, felofey.official, felofey_shop or anything similar asking you to order through direct messages, it is not ours. Our Instagram links back to felofey.com, and every order is placed there.

What the Felofey WhatsApp number is for

+91 70428 16255 is our one number for calls and WhatsApp. It is answered by one of the two people who run Felofey, Purva and Priyansh, during working hours. Use it to:

• Pay for an order. At present, payment is completed on WhatsApp. More on that below.
• Ask about a product before you buy: colours, sizes, what fits in the gift box.
• Plan a dated gift. Tell us the date, and we will say honestly whether we can make it.
• Report a problem with a delivered order, within 48 hours, with photos.
• Ask about bulk orders. For about 25 pieces or more, the corporate gifting page is quicker.

Messages sent after 7pm or on a Sunday are answered the next working day.

How paying for a Felofey order on WhatsApp works

Until online card and UPI payment is added to the website, Felofey takes payment on WhatsApp. The order itself is still placed on felofey.com, so it has an order number and a status page from the first minute.

• Place your order on felofey.com. At the Payment step, choose Pay on WhatsApp and tap Place order & pay on WhatsApp.
• WhatsApp opens with a message already typed out: your order number, the total, the items and your name. Send it as it is.
• We reply with how to pay. Payment is by UPI, for the exact total on your order.
• Once the money reaches us, we mark the order as paid and you get a confirmation email.
• Then we make, pack and ship it. You can follow it any time on the track order page.

If WhatsApp did not open, the order page has a green Open WhatsApp button that sends the same message. You can also find that button later under Your Orders in your account.

Three rules that keep the payment safe

• You message us first. We only send payment details in reply to an order you placed on felofey.com, and we always quote your order number, which starts FLF-.
• The amount matches your order. The total in our reply is the total on your order page. Nothing is added for delivery or packing.
• We never ask for your UPI PIN, an OTP, or your card details. You never need to enter a PIN to receive money.

For a step-by-step view of what you get at each stage, read is it safe to pay Felofey before delivery.

How to spot a fake Felofey account or number

Small brands get copied, usually by accounts that repost product photos and take orders in direct messages. Check these before you pay anyone:

• The number. Felofey has one number: +91 70428 16255. A different number is not ours, whatever its profile picture shows.
• The handle. Instagram is @felofeyy, two Ys, and it links to felofey.com.
• The order number. A genuine order has an FLF- number that you can look up on felofey.com with your email or phone.
• The price. Our prices are on the website. An offer far below them from a stranger is a warning sign, not a bargain.

If you are unsure, message the number above and ask. It takes a minute, and we would much rather answer the question than have someone lose money in our name. There is more on this in is Felofey genuine.

Other ways to reach Felofey

• The [FAQ](/faq) answers the common questions about delivery, returns and customisation.
• Business orders for teams and events go through corporate gifting.

Our GST and Udyam registration numbers are shown at the bottom of every page, and how to verify them takes two minutes.
