Non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged in transit? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund — your choice. Refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 working days.
