How early should I order?

• Ready-made pieces: standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days across India. Order a week before the date to be safe.
• Custom bouquets: each stem is crocheted after you order, and they are dispatched in 5 to 7 days. Allow about two weeks before the date.
• Personalised pieces: add a few days for making. Check spellings twice before you order.
• Around Diwali: couriers slow down, so order by the last week of October.

You order on felofey.com. At checkout, choose Pay on WhatsApp: the order is saved, WhatsApp opens with your order typed out, and we reply with how to pay by UPI. Once the payment reaches us, you get a confirmation email, and you can follow the parcel on the track order page.
