How to Order From Felofey: Paying by UPI, Delivery Times and Tracking Your Parcel

Ordering from Felofey for the first time takes about five minutes. One step is different from the big marketplaces, the UPI reference number, so this page walks through the whole thing in order.

Felofey ordering at a glance

Step 1: Choose your gift

Start in the shop, or go straight to a category: crochet, candles or bouquets. If you do not know what to get, the Gift Finder asks three questions and shows a shortlist. If you are working to a budget, the Felofey price list has everything from ₹149 to ₹649 on one page.

Some pieces can be personalised, and you can build a bouquet stem by stem. Fill in those details on the product page before adding to the cart. Check spellings twice, because a made-to-order piece cannot be redone for a typing mistake. How customisation works covers that in detail.

Step 2: Check out

Open the cart. If you have a coupon code, enter it there, under "Have a coupon?". Then tap Checkout. You will be asked to log in first: use Continue with Google, or create an account with your email and a password. After that, checkout asks for:

• Name, phone number and email. The confirmation and updates go to these, so use ones you check.
• The delivery address, with PIN code. If the gift is going straight to someone else, enter their address here.

Because you are logged in, the order is saved under Your Orders in your account, along with your address for next time. The total you see is the total you pay. Nothing is added for delivery or packing.

Step 3: Pay by UPI

This is the step people ask about most.

• On a phone: tap to pay and your UPI app opens with the amount already filled in. Approve it with your UPI PIN as usual.
• On a laptop: a QR code appears. Scan it with any UPI app on your phone and pay.
• Then enter the reference number. After paying, your UPI app shows a reference number for the transaction, often labelled UTR or UPI Ref No. Come back to the Felofey page and type it into the box.

The reference number is how we match your payment to your order. A person does that matching against our bank statement, so it is not instant. It usually takes a few hours and can take up to a day. Once it is matched, you get a confirmation email.

If you paid and closed the page before entering the number, do not pay again. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reference, and we will match it by hand.

Step 4: We make and pack it

After confirmation, your order moves to processing. Everything is packed as a gift, with no price slip in the box, so it can go directly to the person it is for.

Step 5: Track your Felofey order

Your order number is in the confirmation email and looks like FLF-2026-00001. Enter it on the track order page with the email or mobile number you ordered with. The page shows where the order is:

• Order Placed: we have your order and are waiting to match the payment.
• Confirmed: payment matched.
• Processing: being made or put together.
• Packed: boxed and ready for the courier.
• Shipped: with the courier.
• Out for Delivery: arriving that day.
• Delivered.

How long Felofey delivery takes

Standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days across India, through courier partners. That is an estimate, not a guarantee. Festivals, bad weather and remote PIN codes can add days.

Made-to-order pieces can take longer. The custom bouquet page states its own dispatch time under the Add to Cart button, because each stem is crocheted after you order.

If the gift is for a fixed date, order with a week or more in hand, and tell us the date on WhatsApp. If we cannot make it in time, we will say so.

Changing or cancelling an order

• Wrong address or phone number? Tell us straight away. Once the parcel is with the courier we may not be able to change it.
• Cancelling: possible only before the order goes into processing. Made-to-order pieces may not be cancellable once work has started.
• Something arrived damaged or wrong? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. An unboxing video settles it fastest. We replace or refund once it is verified.

Common questions

Does Felofey have Cash on Delivery?

No. Orders are prepaid by UPI. Most of what we make is made for a specific order, and a refused parcel means hours of handwork with nowhere to go.

Is there a delivery charge?

No. Delivery and gift packing are included in the product price, anywhere in India.

Does Felofey deliver outside India?

Not at present. We deliver within India only.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes. It is free and takes a few seconds with Google. Every order you place is then listed in your account, so you never have to hunt for an order number.

I paid but have no confirmation email. What now?

Check that you entered the UPI reference number, then give it a few hours. If a day has passed, WhatsApp us your order number and reference.

Can I send a Felofey gift directly to someone?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout. The parcel is gift packed and has no price slip inside.
