Inside Felofey: What We Make, How We Make It and What Happens After You Order

This is the practical companion to our introduction: what Felofey actually sells, how it gets made, and what happens between you pressing Add to Cart and a box arriving at your door.

What we make

Four things, broadly.

• Crochet. Keychains, bookmarks, coasters, hair accessories, lip balm holders and small home decor. This is the core of what we do — see all crochet.
• Candles. Decorative and festive shapes, including modak, jalebi and imarti designs for Diwali and pujas. Browse the candles.
• Bouquets. Crochet flowers that never wilt, sold ready-made or built stem by stem in the colours you pick.
• Personalised and corporate gifts. Names, dates and messages on individual gifts, and bulk orders for offices — the details are on corporate gifting.

How it gets made

By hand, by Purva and Priyansh, in our Uttam Nagar workshop. Crochet pieces are hooked stitch by stitch from cotton yarn; candles are poured into moulds and left to set properly rather than rushed.

This matters for two reasons. The first is that no two pieces are identical — a handmade coaster has small variations a printed one does not, and we consider that the point rather than a defect. The second is timing: ready-made items ship in one to two days, while anything personalised adds a couple of days because it has to be made for you first.

What happens after you order

• You get a confirmation email. If you paid by UPI and we are matching the reference against our bank, that can take up to 12–24 hours.
• We make and pack it. Everything goes out gift-ready, so you can send it straight to the person rather than to yourself first.
• Delivery is included. The price on the product page is the price at checkout. There are no shipping charges added at the end, anywhere in India.
• You can follow it. Every order has a tracking page — track your order with your order number and email.

If something is wrong

Unused items can be returned within 7 days. Personalised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind, for the obvious reason, but if anything arrives damaged or incorrect — personalised or not — we replace it or refund it. What we will not do

We do not resell factory stock as handmade, and we do not have hidden charges at checkout. If we cannot make something in the time you need it, we will say so rather than take the order and hope.
