Felofey Reviews: What Customers Say, and How to Read Reviews of a New Shop

If you typed Felofey reviews into a search box, you want to know what people who have already ordered think. That is the right thing to check before buying from a shop you have not used before.

So here is the honest position. Felofey started in 2025, and as of October 2026 there are three published reviews on our site. Not three hundred. All three are below, word for word, followed by how reviews work here and where else you can check us.

Felofey reviews so far

We have not tidied the spelling or trimmed anything.

Anushka, 5 stars, verified purchase

"I'm very satisfied with all my purchases and I will recommend this for any crochet gifts."

Nishtha G., 4 stars, on the Sunflower Coaster

"Just received this sunflower coaster from Felofey and quality of the product is so ummatchable and all the stiches are soooo fineeee it was looking even better than the images it is fantastic"

The coaster she ordered is the Crochet Sunflower Coaster in yellow and green.

Samarth S., 5 stars, on the Chick Keychain

"I have purchased one chick keychain from them. quality of the keychain is so good totally worth the money"

That one is the Crochet Chick Keychain in yellow, at ₹169.

Two fives and a four come to an average of about 4.7 out of 5. With three reviews, that number does not mean much yet, and we would rather say so than print it in large type.

How a review gets onto the Felofey site

• Anyone who has ordered can write one. Go to the write a review page, pick the product, give it one to five stars and say what you thought. You can add a photo. You do not need an account.
• We read it before it appears. Every review is checked by one of the two of us before it is published.
• Some are marked "verified purchase". When a review is written from an order and the email address matches that order, it carries the verified label.
• We reply. Where we can, Team Felofey answers under the review.

Where else to check Felofey

Reviews on a shop's own website are only one source. These are outside our site, and we cannot edit what people write there.

• Google. Felofey has a Google Business Profile with our Delhi address and phone number. Reviews left there are public.
• Instagram. We are @felofeyy, with two Ys. You can see what we post, how often, and how people respond.
• Us, directly. Message +91 70428 16255 on WhatsApp and ask anything about a product before you order. One of the two founders answers.

If you want to go further than reviews, Is Felofey genuine? walks through five checks: address, presence elsewhere, pricing, returns and order tracking.

How to read reviews of any new shop

A young shop will always have few reviews. That alone tells you nothing. These tell you more.

• Look for detail. "All the stitches are so fine" is something a person who held the product says. "Great product, fast delivery" could be about anything.
• Look for the product name. A review tied to a specific item is easier to trust than general praise.
• Be wary of a perfect wall. Hundreds of five-star reviews in the same tone, all posted within a few days, is a worse sign than three uneven ones.
• See whether the shop answers. Replies show that someone is reading.
• Check a second place. The same shop name, address and phone number should turn up on Google and on social media.
• Read the returns policy as well. Reviews tell you what usually happens. The policy tells you what happens when something goes wrong.

What to expect when you order from Felofey

Reviews are about expectations being met, so here are ours in plain terms.

• Everything is handmade. Two pieces of the same design will differ slightly in stitch, shape and shade. That is how handmade work looks.
• Delivery is included. The price on the product page is the price at checkout, anywhere in India.
• Standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days. Festivals and remote PIN codes can add to that.
• Orders are prepaid. There is no Cash on Delivery.
• Damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund it once verified. The full terms are in the returns policy.

The step-by-step version is in how to order from Felofey.

Ordered from us? Leave a review

It takes about two minutes, and it helps the next person who searches for Felofey reviews more than anything we could write ourselves.

• On our site: write a review.
• On Google: review Felofey on Google.

Say what you ordered and what you honestly thought. A four-star review with a reason is more useful to other buyers than a five-star one without.

Common questions

Are the reviews on Felofey real?

Yes. They come from customers and are published as written. Where a review is matched to an order, it is marked as a verified purchase.

Why does Felofey have so few reviews?

Because the shop is new. Felofey started in 2025, and reviews build up one order at a time.

What is Felofey's rating?

As of October 2026, the three published reviews average about 4.7 out of 5: two five-star reviews and one four-star.

Do I need an account to review Felofey?

No. You need your name, an email address, a star rating and a few words.

Where can I see photos from customers?

Reviews appear on our homepage, some with a photo from the customer. There are more photos of the pieces on Instagram at @felofeyy.
